The service

SteadCase is operated by STEADCASE INC., a federally incorporated Canadian company (“SteadCase,” “we,” “us”). SteadCase provides organization and preparation tools and educational information. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or document filing.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
  • Use SteadCase lawfully and only for your own case preparation.
  • Confirm important deadlines, requirements, and steps with a qualified legal professional and with the relevant court.

Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans renew until cancelled; you keep access through your paid period.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are described at checkout and may be time-limited.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

No warranties; limitation of liability

SteadCase is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any outcome in any legal proceeding or for decisions made based on information you organized in SteadCase. You remain responsible for your own case.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
